Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before shipment, whichever comes first.
Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
The return request must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Customers are responsible for return courier charges.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used personal care products.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos as proof.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Refund Process
Once we receive the returned product, it will be inspected.
If approved, the refund will be processed via bank transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash, as agreed.
Refunds are issued within 7–15 business days after approval.
Refunds will only be processed after the returned item has been received and verified.
